Currently, we ship orders across India.
If your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you and may cancel/refund the order.
2) Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed/shipped on:

3) Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Courier partners usually make 2 to 3 delivery attempts.
If the order is not delivered due to:

Incorrect address

Wrong phone number

Customer refusal
then the order may return to origin (RTO). In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
8) Address & Contact Details
Customers must ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and phone number entered at checkout are correct.
Chefee is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
9) Delayed Delivery
Sometimes delivery may get delayed due to:

10) Damaged / Open Package

Please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you accept a damaged package, it will be considered delivered in good condition and may not be eligible for claims.
11) Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Unboxing video (if available)
We will investigate and assist you accordingly.
12) Cash on Delivery (COD)
If COD is available on our store, it will be shown at checkout.
COD availability depends on:
