Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through chefee’s website and services.

By placing an order with chefee, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us via email at chefeeagroindiaweb@gmail.com.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return as per the return policy below.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of:

  • Payment failure

  • Out-of-stock products

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.


2. Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or opened (if sealed).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds may be delayed depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not provide cash refunds.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products opened or used

  • Items damaged by the customer


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

We will either:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a full refund.


6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
